Abstract:
Objective To study formaldehyde emission influenced by temperature and relative humidity from artificial wood-based board and set up predictive model for formaldehyde emission.
Methods Environmental climate chamber was used to get formaldehyde emission in different temperature and relative humidity.
Results The relationship between formaldehyde emission and temperature was linear correlation(P<0105,adjusted
R2=019963),between formaldehyde emission and humidity was hyperbola correlation.Equation of linear regression was Yhat=0.6368+0.0821 T

e2.When temperature was stable,relative was 46.9%,formaldehyde emission was minimum.
Conclusion Formaldehyde emission increases as temperature increases.It slightly decreases first,then increases as relative humidity in2 creases.Prevention of fitment pollution in summer is very important.
