Application and study on resonance scattering spectra of diazotization-coupling reaction

  • 摘要: 目的研究重氮化-偶联反应的共振散射光谱并应用于亚硝酸根的测定。方法利用磺胺-N,N-二甲基苯胺-亚硝酸根间发生的重氮化-偶联反应,通过共振散射光谱法测定痕量亚硝酸根。结果方法的线性范围为0~1.2×10-3g/L,检出限为8.0×10-5g/L。结论该方法简单、灵敏度高、选择性好,用于蔬菜中亚硝酸根含量的测定,回收率为92.8%~98.5%。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo study resonance light scattering(RLS)spectra of diazotization-coupling reaction and establish a new method for the determination of trace nitrite.MethodsRLS spectra was used to determine trace nitrite by the diazotization-coupling reaction between sulfanilic amide-N,N-dimethyl aniline-nitrite.ResultsThe linear range of this method was on 1.2×10-3 g/L and the detection limit was 8.0×10-5 g/L.ConclusionThe method were simple,with high sensitivity and good selectivity.It was used to deter mine trace nitrite in vegetable samples.The recovery was 92.8%~98.5%.
