Abstract: Objective To detect the psychologic status and quality of life of the elderly with HIV/AIDS and the elder correlated crowd with HIV/AIDS.Methods The psychologic status and quality of life were measured by the elderly depression scales,SAS,SSS scales and the GQOL I-74.Results The anxiety and depression emotions were significantly higher than normal elderly(P<0.01);The quality of life,experienced social support and using social support were lower than normal elderly(P<0.01).The anxiety and depression emotions were positive correlation with sell blood and alone;were negative correlation with education,works status,people of family,incomes,quality of life and social support.Conclusion It is indispensability for conquering HIV/AIDS to pay attention to the mental health and quality of life of the elderly with HIV/AIDS and increase their social support.
