四川省边远山区乡村医务人员服务需求调查
Demands of health practitioners in remote mountain area by EU-HAI China Project

摘要: 目的 对四川省项目实施县的7个乡医务人员进行服务需求调查,了解四川省边远山区基层医务人员的需求,为解决边远贫困山区卫生工作存在的问题提供依据。方法 采用问卷调查和参与性调查相结合的方式,对3个县7个乡91名医务人员进行调查。结果 100%医务人员提出医疗设备的需求,96%医务人员提出福利待遇的需求,70%医务人员提出继续教育机会的需求。其他需求依次为医疗用房以及资金匮乏等。结论 贫穷边远地区基层的医疗服务需求得不到满足,解决好边远山区乡村医务人员的需求,是保障基层卫生服务正常开展的基础。Abstract: Objective To inuestigate demands among the 91 health practitioners living in poor mountain area in order to influence the rural policies in such places.Methods Questionaaire and PRA(participatory rural appraise)were used.Results The demands were equipments,welfare,continual education,working houses and fianacial support.Conclusion The condi tions working and environment was tough for health pract itioners in remote areas.
