不同青少年人群艾滋病知识知晓情况调查

Survey on AIDS knowledge among different youth groups

  • 摘要: 目的 了解不同人群艾滋病知识知晓率,并对不同人群知晓率进行综合评价,为今后开展艾滋病健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法 对随机抽取的大学生、农村青年和中学生进行问卷调查,使用χ2检验比较各人群的正确率,并采用综合指数法进行综合分析。结果 除不洁性行为传播艾滋病、母婴垂直传播艾滋病两个问题回答正确率在3个人群比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他问题差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),3个人群综合指数从低到高分别为:农村青年(2.1113)、大学生(2.6285)和中学生(4.1693)。结论 3个人群艾滋病知识的知晓率未达到国家规划目标,不同人群对艾滋病的知晓状况不同,中学生整体水平最高,而农村青年较差,大学生居中,今后应针对不同人群开展多种形式的健康教育。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand and synthetically evaluate AIDS knowledge rate of different youth groups,and to provide scientific evidence for further AIDS health education.Methods Questionnaire survey on university students,rural youth and middle school students Selected randomly was conducted using χ2 test to compare the correct rate of every population,and evaluate the rate by synthetic index method.Results Except for 2 questions which were incorrect sex behavior and vertical transmission from mother to infant,the correct rate of other questions were different(P<0.05).From low to high the synthetic index of 3 group were rural youth(2.1113),university students(2.6285)and middle school students(4.1693).Conclusion ne knowledge rate of some questions among 3 groups are below the national planning standards,and the status of AIDS knowledge are different,middle school students is the highest,rural youth is lowest.Greater and targetable efforts should be made for health education to different groups.
