乡镇卫生院院长培训及需求意向调查

A survey on status and demand of professional tnaining among presidents of township hospital

  • 摘要: 目的 分析广西壮族自治区乡镇卫生院领导在岗培训情况及对培训知识的需求,为有关部门制订培训内容与计划提供依据。方法 采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,对广西54家乡镇卫生院的119名正、副院长进行现场问卷调查。结果 2年中有76.47%的院长接受过在岗培训,23.53%未受过培训;受训者2年累计培训时间中位数分别为8.50和4.00 d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。他们对医院管理类知识的需求较迫切。任现职时间不同者对经营管理知识需求率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同功能卫生院院长对业务知识需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 广西乡镇卫生院领导在岗培训时间短,需求较高,尤其是医院管理类知识;对任职不超过4年者要重点加强医院经营管理知识培训,对一般卫生院院长要重点加强业务工作相关知识培训。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analysis the conditions of on-job training and demand in presidents of township hospitals in Guangxi province,providing reference for contents and plans for training.Methods Questionnaire survey were taken to 119 presidents in 54 township hospitals with the multi-stages entire group random sampling method.Results 76.47% of presidents has been trained in two years,23.53% of them has never received training.In 2005 median accumulation time of training(8150 days)was more than that(4100 days)in 2006.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Training on hospital management was needed most and there as no difference between the presidents who had different time in leadership position (P<0.05).The presidents have different demand to professional knowledge in different function hospital(P<0.05).Conclusion The township hospital presidents need on-job training especially on hospital management knowledge.Operation knowledge abouthospital should be given to the presidents who work less than or equal to 4 years in leadership position.
