青岛市崂山区乡镇卫生院人力现状调查

Study on current state of health manpower of township hospitals in Laoshan district of Qingdao city

摘要: 目的了解青岛市崂山区乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源现况,为合理配置乡镇卫生人员提供参考依据。方法对162名乡镇卫生院的卫生技术人员进行问卷调查,采用SPSS12.0进行描述性分析。结果崂山区乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员平均年龄36.3岁,其中男性占36.4%;本科学历仅占11.8%,5.9%的人没有学历;中高级职称人数占总人数的30.2%。结论崂山区乡镇卫生人员的学历、职称偏低,应加强培训及人才引进。

Abstract: Objective To understand the state of health manpower of township in Laoshan district of Qingdao city.Methods All medical personnel in township of Laoshan district were investigated by questionnaires.Data were analyzed statistically with SPSS12.0.Results Average age of medical personnel in to wnship of Laoshan district was 36.3;males accounted for 36.4% and person with bachelor degree accounted for 11.8%;Person without diploma accounted for 5.9%;Person with senior or medium professional title accounted for 30.2%;The rate of doctors to nurses was 1:0.8.Conclusion Investment of government should be strengthened,income of rural medical personnel should be increased and expertise training should be paid close attention.
