芹菜素人体内代谢研究

Study on metabolism of apigenin from celery leaf in human

  • 摘要: 目的 研究摄入芹菜叶后芹菜素在人体内的吸收、排泄。方法 10名健康受试者,男女各半,年龄范围24~28岁,平均体质指数(BMI)为20.37 kg/m2。受试者按2g/(kg.bw)食用芹菜叶并食用不含芹菜素和毛地黄黄酮的食物。在分别摄入芹菜叶后4,6,7,8,9,10,11和28 h,采集血样,并收集24 h全尿样。用高效液相色谱-电化学检测器(HPLC-ECD)检测血浆、红细胞和尿中芹菜素含量。结果 摄入芹菜叶后,全部受试者血浆中芹菜素浓度呈上升趋势,(7.70±0.82)h血浆芹菜素浓度达最高水平(207.11±97.55)nmol/L,在28 h内下降到检出限(2.32 nmol/L)以下;受试者尿样中芹菜素平均含量为(2251.72±1304.22)nmol/L 24 h,相当于摄入量的(0.62±0.37)%;红细胞中芹菜素含量在各时间点差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 通过食物摄入到体内的芹菜素一部分进入了人体循环系统,可以在体内发挥生物学作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective Absorption and excretion of apigenin was tested after the ingestion of celery leaf.Methods Ten healthy subjects(5 women,5 men)in the age range of 24~28 years and with an average body mass index of 20.37 kg/m2 took part in this study.After an apigenin-and luteolin-free diet,a single oral celery leaf of 2 g/(kg·bw)was consumed.Blood samples were taken at 4,6,7,8,9,10,11 and 28 h after celery leaf consumption and 24h urine samples were collected.Apigenin was analyzed in plasma,urine and red blood cells by means of HPLC-ECD.Results A maximum apigenin plasma concentration of(207.11±97.55)nmol/L was reached after(7.70±0.82)h.For all participants,plasma apigenin concentration rose after celery leaf ingestion and fell within 28h under the detection limit(2.32 nmol/L).The average apigenin content in urine was(2251.72±1304.22)nmol/L 24h corresponding to(0.62±0.37)% of the ingested dose.The apigenin could be detected in red blood cells without time-response characteristics.Conclusion A small portion of apigenin provided by food reaches the human circulation and,therefore,may reveal biological effects.
