蝇蛆壳聚糖对高脂血症大鼠降脂作用

Experimental research of antilipemic effect of flyblow chitosan on rats with hypercholesterolemia

  • 摘要: 目的 研究不同脱乙酰度的蝇蛆壳聚糖对实验性高脂血症大鼠的降血脂作用。方法 采用酸碱化学法制备72.3%,80.5%,96.1%脱乙酰度的蝇蛆壳聚糖,并用红外扫描鉴定其结构。取成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组,分别为正常对照组、高脂模型组、蝇蛆壳聚糖72.3%,80.5%,96.1%脱乙酰度组,给高脂饲料造模的同时连续给予蝇蛆壳聚糖8周,测定大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)含量,同时观察对大鼠体重影响。结果 各脱乙酰度组蝇蛆壳聚糖均能显著降低血清TC、TG、LDL-C含量(P<0.01),显著升高HDL-C(P<0.01),降低大鼠体重(P<0.01)。结论 蝇蛆壳聚糖具有明显降血脂作用,其作用与脱乙酰程度呈正相关。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study antilipemic effect of differently deacetylated flyblow chitosan.Methods The chemical method was used to prepare 72.3%,80.5%,96.1% deacetylated flyblow ehitosan and IR waft;used to identify its structure.Adult male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:control group、hypercholesterolemia control group、dosage group with 72.3%,80.5%,96.1% deacetylated flyblow chitosan.The rats were fed with ahigh cholesterol diet and were administrated flyblow chitosan continuously for 8 weeks at the same time.Then the blood 1ipid and weight were measured.Results The serum contents of TC、TG、LDL-C in the dosage group were significantly lower than those in hypercholesterolemia control group(P<0.01),the content of HDL-C was significantly higher than that in hypercholesterolemia control group(P<0.01)and the weight in the dosage group was significantly lower than those in hypercholesterolemia control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Flyblow chitosan has distinct preventive effect on hypereholesterolemia,its effect is related to the deacetylation degree.
