流行性感冒裂解疫苗成人免疫效果分析

Evaluation on immunogenicity of inactivated influenza virus vaccine in 2006

摘要: 目的评估2006流行性感冒(流感)裂解疫苗的安全性和免疫效果。方法选取年龄18~25岁成人,观察接种疫苗反应率及3型抗体阳转情况。微量血凝抑制试验(HI)测定血清抗体。结果流感病毒H1N1、H3N2和B型抗体阳转率分别为79.54%,64.77%,64.20%,疫苗的保护率分别为97.72%,93.75%,96.59%,与进口疫苗相比较差异无统计学意义。结论国产流行性感冒裂解疫苗具有良好的免疫原性和安全性。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of influenza inactivated(split)virus vaccine.Methods An observasion was carried out to compare the safety,seroconversion rates and geometric meantiter(GMT)incr ease of inactivated influenza virus vaccine.Results The reaction rates of the vaccine was 1.59%.The seroconversion rate of type H1N1,H3N2 and Bantibody was 79.54%,64.77%,64.20% respectively.GMT of type H1N1,H3N2 and B increased averagely 13.6,8.2,7.2 times.The antibody protective rate of type H1N1,H3N2 and B was 97.72%,93.75%,96.59%."Yuganning" and "Fluarix" had no statistically siginificant difference.Conclusion Inactivated influenza virus vaccine was safe and had good immunogenicity.
