摩托车驾驶员道路伤害危险因素分析

Analysis of risk factors of road injury among motorcycle drivers

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨广西南宁市摩托车驾驶员道路伤害发生的特点、原因和环境、行为等危险因素,为预防控制本地区摩托车道路伤害提出可行性意见。方法 采用配对设计病例对照研究方法。事故组为2006年1月~2007年1月发生在南宁市青秀区一、二、三级道路上,符合道路交通事故判断标准中一类(或以上)条件的摩托车驾驶员350名,对照组为同期在同地区以随机时间、随机地点方式调查道路上正常行驶的摩托车驾驶员350名。结果 单因素分析结果表明,与摩托车道路伤害有关的因素有年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、平均每天驾驶时间、累计驾驶时间、驾驶前服感冒药等19个因素。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析危险因素有:文化程度(OR=1.619,95%CI=1.154~2.272),累计驾驶时间(OR=4.874,95%CI=3.019~7.868),驾驶过程使用手机(OR=2.109,95%CI=1.128~3.944),驾驶执照(OR=4.099,95%CI=1.856~9.054),驾龄(OR=2.307,95%CI=1.358~3.920),,既往超速史(OR=1.834,95%CI=1.300~2.585),既往闯红灯史(OR=1.729,95%CI=1.233~2.423)。结论 摩托车道路交通伤害的危险因素中,驾驶员的交通安全意识、驾驶技能和驾驶员的不良行为等因素不容忽视,对驾驶员开展有针对性的道路交通安全教育十分必要。

     

    Abstract: Objective To expolre the characteristic,cause and risk factors of road injury among motorcycle drivers and to give the feasible comments for motorcycle road injury controll.Methods Case-control study was used.From January 2006 to January 2007,350 drivers who had ex perienced a motorcycle crash in Qingx iu district,Nanning city were recruited and 350 normal motorcycle drivers were matched for the time and the site of the injury.Results Single factor logistic regression showed that education,age,cont inuous driving time were associated with road traffic injury.Multiple factors non-conditional logistic regression showed increased risk factors of education(OR=1.619,95%CI=1.154~2.272),continuously drive time (OR=4.874,95%CI=3.019~7.868),cellphone use(OR=2.109,95%CI=1.128~3.944),license(OR=4.099,95% CI=1.856~9.054),driving age(OR=2.307,95%CI=1.358~3.920),overspeed(OR=1.834,95%CI=1.300~2.585),rushing thered line(OR=1.729,95%CI=1.233~2.423).Conclusion Traffic safe consciousness,driving skills and improper driving behaviors were related to road traffic injury.It is necessary to carry out continous traffic security educcation to the drivers.
