龟叶草不同化学组分对小鼠炎症抑制作用

Anti-inflammatory effect of different chemical components of Isodon excisus(Maxim) Kudo

  • 摘要: 目的 研究龟叶草不同化学组分对小鼠的抗炎镇痛作用。方法 采用小鼠耳肿胀法和醋酸致小鼠腹膜炎法来比较龟叶草的不同化学组分的抗炎镇痛作用。结果 2,5g/kg龟叶草水煎液、5g/kg龟叶草醇提液、5g/kg龟叶草总二萜提取液及5g/kg龟叶草多糖提取液均能较明显的抑制小鼠耳肿胀,抑制率分别为40.09%,87.35%,37.95%,40.09%,29.53%。5g/kg龟叶草水煎液、5g/kg龟叶草醇提液、5g/kg龟叶草总二萜提取液及5g/kg龟叶草多糖提取液均能较明显的抑制醋酸所致的小鼠腹膜炎,抑制率分别为66.45%,43.07%,39.71%,33.08%。结论 龟叶草化学组分对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀和醋酸致小鼠腹膜炎有明显的抑制作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study anti-inflammatory effect of different chemical components of Isodon excisus(Maxim)Kudo.Methods Models of xylene induced ear edema and acetic acid induced peritonitis in mice were adopted to obser veanti-inflammatory effect of different chemical components of Isodon excisus(Maxim)Kudo.Results Water extracts of Isodon excisus(Maxim)Kudo(ip 2g/k,5g/kg)and alcohol extracts of Isodon excisus(Maxim)Kudo(ip 5g/kg),Isodon excisus (Maxim)Kudo diterpenoids(ip 5g/kg),Isodon excisus(Maxim)Kudo polysaccharides(ip 5g/kg)could significantly inhibit the mice ear edema and the percentage of inhibition was 40.09%,87.35%,37.95%,40.09%,29.53%,respectively.Water extracts of Isodon excisus(Maxim)Kudo(ip 2g/kg,5g/kg)and alcohol extracts of Isodon excisus(Maxim)Kudo(ip 5g/kg),Isodon excisus(Maxim)Kudo Diterpenoids(ip 5g/kg),Isodon excisus(Maxim)Kudo polysaccharides(ip 5g/kg) could significantly inhibit the peritonitis in mouse induced by acetic acid and the percentage of inhibition was 40.28%,66.45%,43.07%,39.71%,33.08%,respectively.Conclusion Isodon excisus(Maxim)Kudo could significantly inhibit the mice earedema induced by xylene and the peritonitis in mouse induced by aceticacid.
