山东省嘉祥县地方性氟中毒流行病学调查

Epidemiological investigation on endemic fluorosis in Jiaxiang county, Shandong province

  • 摘要: 目的 了解山东省嘉祥县地方性氟中毒的病情现状,为制定防制策略提供科学依据。方法 采用流行病学调查方法,水、尿氟含量测定采用氟离子选择电极法,8~12岁儿童氟斑牙诊断采用Dean's法,临床和X线摄片检查氟骨症。结果 选择6个乡(镇)的11个村进行了流行病学调查。11个村的水氟均值为4.86mg/L,最高值为9.67mg/L。8~12岁儿童氟斑牙总检出率为72.08%,氟斑牙指数为1.55,缺损率为19.79%。在8个病村中,30岁以上成人的氟骨症临床和X线检出率分别为54.12%和47.94%。儿童和成人尿氟均值在1.50mg/L以上的人数分别占81.90%和88.57%,最高值分别为14.60和12.50mg/L。结论 嘉祥县地方性氟中毒病情尚未得到控制,防制形势依然十分严峻,须进一步加大防制力度。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the status of endemic fluorosis in Jiaxiang county,Shandong province and to provide the scientific evidence for making strategies for the prevention and control.Methods Epidemiological investigation was used.The content of fluoride in drinking water and urine was determined by F-ion selective electrode.Dental fluorosis of children aged 8~12 years old were diagnosed by Dean's method and the skeletal fluorosis was diagnosed by clinic and X-ray examination.Results Eleven villages in 6 towns were chosen.The average fluoride level in drinking water was 4186mg/L in 11 villages.The highest water fluoride content was 9.67mg/L.The total rate of dental fluorosis of children aged 8~12 years old was 72.08%,the index of dental fluorosis was 1.55 and the rate of dental damage was 19.79%.In 8 villages,the rates of skeletal fluorosis by clinic and X-ray in adults above 30 years old were 54.12% and 47.94% respectively.The ratio of fluoride level in urine over 1.50mg/L was 81.90% in the children and 88157%in the adults.The highest urine fluoride content of the children and the adults was 14.60mg/L and 12.50 mg/L,respectively.Conclusion In Jiaxiang county the state of endemic fluorosis was not effectively controlled.The preventive measures for endemic fluorosis must be strengthened.
