汉族与哈萨克族人群血清抗核抗体比较

Determination of anti-nuclear antibodies in Han, Hasake nationatilities

  • 摘要: 目的 了解汉族、哈萨克族正常人群体内抗核抗体(ANA)阳性率、细胞内定位及荧光模式特点,分析可能存在的民族差异,为民族高发病的研究提供新的思路.方法 应用间接免疫荧光法(IIF)检测汉族、哈萨克族正常人群血清中ANA.结果 汉族人群ANA阳性率为14.5%,哈萨克族人群ANA阳性率为25.0%,哈萨克族ANA阳性率高于汉族(χ2=5.71,P<0.05).汉族30～49岁组,49～65岁组,65岁～年龄组ANA阳性率分别为3.6%,12.7%,24.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.73,P<0.05);哈萨克族分别为8.8%,25.0%,35.2%,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=6.51,P<0.05);2个民族ANA阳性率均随年龄增长而升高.汉族男性ANA阳性率为9.4%,女性为23.2%;哈萨克族男性ANA阳性率为20.0%,女性为34.0%;2个民族女性ANA阳性率均高于男性(汉族χ2=5.47,P<0.05;哈萨克族χ2=4.60,P<0.05).哈萨克族与汉族ANA相比,在荧光图形、靶抗原细胞内定位上均有明显不同,汉族抗核仁抗体阳性率为1.3%,哈萨克族抗核仁抗体阳性率为6.5%,哈萨克族抗核仁抗体阳性率高于汉族(χ2=5.65,P<0.05).结论 汉族、哈萨克族人群的生理性自身抗体不同,存在民族差异性.

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the positive rate of anti-nuclear antibodies(ANA)in normal people and to analyze the fluorescence pattern and the location of target antigens in cells among different nations.Methods With indirected immunofluor escence(IIF),ANA in sera of normal people of Han,Hasake nationatilities were detected.Results The positive rate of ANA in Hasake was significantly higher than that of in Han(χ2=5171,P<0.05).The positive rate of auto ANA in Han and Hasake natio natilities increased with the age.The positive rates of ANA in female groups were higher than that of male groups(χ2=5.47,P<0.05;χ2=4.60,P<0.05).The fluorescence pattern and the location of tar get antigens in cells were quite different between Han,Hasake nationat ilities.The positive rate of anti-nuclear antibody in Hasake was significantly higher than that of in Han(χ2=5.65,P<0.05).Conclusion A uto-antibodies in normal people in Han,Hasake nationatilities are different.
