Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between glycometabolism andpancreatic B cell in type Ⅱ diabetes.
MethodsFifty-one patients with newly diagnosed type Ⅱ diabetes and forty-eight noun alpersons were selected. The fasting blood glucose, insulin, C-peptide and HbA
1c were deteunfined with radioinm unoassay, enzyme-linked inmunosorbent assay and inmune nephelometry.
ResultsFor newly diagnosed type Ⅱ diabetes patients, the values of fasting C-peptide, insulin, HbA
1c and fasting blood glucose were higher than that of the nounal(
P<0.01),and HbA
1c and fasting blood glucose were positively correlated C lucose content changed wih diversification of C-peptide, insulin and HbA
1c.
Conclusion The value of fasting C-peptide, blood glucose, insulin and HbA
1c of type Ⅱ diabetes patients are higher than that of the nounal D fiver sification of C-peptide, insulin, HbA
1c can cause blood glucose elevation.
