高原低氧对精液质量影响及复方党参干预效果

Effects of hypoxia exposure on sperm quality and intervention of compound Codonopsis pilosula

  • 摘要: 目的探讨高原低氧对精液质量的影响及复方党参的药物干预效果。方法对在海拨5200m驻守1年的37名青年(高原组)采集精液标本,测定常规及精浆果糖、α-葡萄糖苷糖、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、顶体酶、微量元素锌(Zn)等,并与13名平原青年(平原组)作对照;将上述37名青年随机分为复方党参组(口服复方党参胶囊,n=18)和安慰剂组(口服炒面胶囊n=19);每日早晚各服1次,2粒/次,连续服用3个月,停药后采集精液标本重复上述检测。结果高原组较平原组精子活率降低,A级活力<25%比率增高,精子密度降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。排精量低于平原组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.01);精浆果糖、顶体酶、α-葡萄糖苷酶、APC、Zn降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。安慰剂组与平原组比较精子活率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),A级活力<25%比率增高,精浆果糖和顶体酶降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复方党参组较安慰剂组顶体酶、Zn增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高原低氧环境对精液质量有影响;海拔5200m驻防1年返回平原3个月精液常规和生化指标未能完全恢复到平原健康人水平;复方党参胶囊对精液质量恢复具有一定的药理作用。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of hypoxia exposure on speun quality and intervention of compound Codonopsis pilosula.MethodsThirty-seven youth inm igrated to high altitude(5200m)for 1 year(HA group) were examfined for speun iation quantity, speun density, colliquation time, activity rate, motoricity, seminal plasm a fructose,α-glucosiBase, AC-PH, acrosomal enzyme, zinc and compared with the Champaign group (n=13).Subjects in HA group were divided into compound Codonopsis pilosula group (n=18) and placebo group(n=19) then taken compound Codonopsis pilosula or placebo twice per day for 3 months Speun samples were collected and detected after the drug with drawal.ResultsSpeun activity rate, density, sem final plasm a fructose,α-glucosidase, AC-PH, acrosomal enzyma and zinc in HA group were significandy lower than those of Champaign group (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Speun activity rate, plasm a fructose and acrosomal enzyme in placebo group were significantly lower than those of Champaign gomp(P<0.01).Acrosomal enzyme and zinc increased significantly in compound Codonopsis pilosula group compared with the placebo group(P<0.05).ConclusionSpeun quality can degrade after living at high altitude for 1 year and can't complete recovery after returning to plain for 3 months and compound Codonopsis pilosula has some effect on sperm quality recovery.
