浒苔多糖降血脂及抗脂质过氧化作用

Study on effect of Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide on hyperlipidemia and anti-lipid peroxidation in rats

  • 摘要: 目的探讨浒苔多糖对大鼠的血脂影响及抗脂质过氧化作用。方法利用高脂饲料建立高脂血症模型,给予不同剂量的浒苔多糖进行干预,测定血脂水平、计算动脉粥样硬化指数(AI),同时测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,并切片观察大鼠肝脏细胞。结果低、中、高剂量浒苔多糖均可显著降低高脂血症实验大鼠的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和丙二醛含量(P<0.01),其最大降幅分别为41.7%,79.3%,59.6%和55.0%;中、高剂量浒苔多糖可显著降低AI(P<0.01),其最大降幅为79.7%;低、中、高剂量浒苔多糖均可显著提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量和SOD、GSH-Px活性(P<0.01),其最大增幅分别为66.6%,63.8%和48.9%;同时,浒苔多糖还可降低高脂血症大鼠肝细胞的脂肪变性程度。结论浒苔多糖对实验性高血脂症模型大鼠具有降血脂、抗脂质过氧化及预防脂肪肝的作用。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the effect of enteromoipha prolifera polysaccharide(EP) on blood lipid and anti-oxidize in experinental high blood lipid rats.MethodsAdult SD rats were randomly divided into five groups according to the level of total seiwn cholesterol and weight High fat and high cholesterol diet with different doses of polysaccharide(low, middle and high) were given to the rats for 6 weeks The TC, TG, LDL-C, SOD, GSH-Px, MDA in the seiwn were measured.Liver tissues were observel with optical microscope.ResultsEP could decrease serum TC, TG, LDL-C, MDA remarkably(P<0.01) with the decreasing rate of 41.7%,79.3%,59.6% and 55.0% respectively.The middle and high does of EP could lower AI at 79.7%.All doses of EP could increase the levels of HDL-C, SOD and GSH-Px(P<0.01) with the highest rates of 66.6%,63.8% and 48.9%.The degeneration of liver cell of hyperlipidem is rat was decreased by EP treatment.ConclusionEP shows significant effect of anti-hyperlipidaemia, anti-oxidization and prevention of fatty liver in the hypereholesterolem is rats.
