哈尔滨市消费者营养标签知识态度行为调查

Survey of consumer’s knowledge, attitude and practice towards nutrition labeling in Harbin

  • 摘要: 目的了解目前黑龙江省哈尔滨市消费者有关营养标签的知识、态度、行为(KAP)的现状,对消费者关注的食品营养标签存在的问题进行分析,为营养标签的宣传教育提供依据。方法从社区人群中分层抽取消费者进行营养标签相关知识的问卷调查,并应用Excel及SAS软件进行分析。结果189名消费者中有56名将营养信息作为选择食品的首要考虑因素,占30%;食品营养标签的知晓率为39.2%;90%的调查对象不知道《食品营养标签管理规范》已出台实施;对营养标签真实性的信任度为71.7%,满意度为56.8%。结论消费者对食品营养标签的知晓率不高,对营养标签的关心、理解、信任和满意度有待提高,需加强对消费者的营养教育。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the status of consumers'knowledge, attitude and practice(KAP) tow ards nutrition labeling in Harbin of Heilongjiang province and to analyze the problems associated with food nutrition label concerned by consumers.MethodsA survey was carried out among the community residents in Harbin with a questionnaire associated with knowledge about nutrition labeling.The results were analyzed with EXCELL and SAS software.ResultsAmong 189 consumers, 30% considered the information of food nutrition as the first inportant factor to make a choice 39.2% knew nutrition labeling and 90% of consumers did not know the issuing and implementation of Food Nutrition Labeling Regulation.71.7% believed the authenticity of the nutrition label and 56.8% were satisfied with nutrition labeling.ConclusionThe knowledge rate of food nutrition labeling is not high, thus nutrition education should be fortified among consumers.
