高氟地区学龄儿童氟斑牙与膳食因素关系

Relationship between dietary factors and dental fluorosis in school-age children of high fluoride areas

  • 摘要: 目的 了解高氟地区学龄儿童氟斑牙患病情况,探讨营养素摄入对氟斑牙的影响。方法 采用随机整群抽样方法,抽取山东省济宁市嘉祥县某镇中心小学4个班的学生进行连续3d24h膳食调查。结果 患有氟斑牙的儿童和未患有氟斑牙的儿童肉蛋豆类摄入量分别为(56.76±9.66),(60.55±5.36)g,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);奶类摄入量分别为(11.42±2.58)和(15.33±6.05)g,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析表明,蛋白质、钙与氟斑牙患病呈负关联,OR值分别为0.835,0.794。结论 蛋白质、钙是氟斑牙的保护因素,合理膳食是防治氟斑牙的重要措施之一。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the effects of dietary factors on dental fluorosis,and to explore the effect of nutrient in take on the pervalence of dental fluorosis.Methods Four classes students were randomly selected from Jiaxiang county prmianry school to conduct a 24-hour dietary recall investigation.Results Compared to non-dental fluorosis children,the intakes of meal,egg,bean and milk among children with dental fluorosis were significantly low(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that prote in and calcium intakes were negatively correlated with the prevalence of dental fluorsis with odds ratios of 0.835,0.794,respectively.Conclusion Protein,clacium intake are protective factors of dental fluorosis and reasonable diet is one of the important measures for dental fluorosis prevention.
