留守初中生心理健康状况调查

Survey of psychological health in left-in-home junior middle school students

  • 摘要: 目的 了解留守初中生心理健康状况,为采取干预措施提供科学依据。方法 选取江西省3所乡中学775名初中生为研究对象,进行心理健康诊断测验(MHT)。结果 留守初中生心理问题≥1项的阳性检出率为72.4%,但与非留守及曾留守学生比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);留守初中生恐怖倾向阳性检出率为16.5%,非留守初中生为9.7%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.15,P<0.01);初二年级留守学生冲动倾向得分为(4.49±2.25),明显高于非留守学生(2.64±2.08)及曾留守学生(3.91±2.41)(P<0.05);非留守男生自责倾向得分为(5.34±2.39)明显高于留守男生(4.69±2.54)及曾留守男生(5.02±2.41)(P<0.05);初三年级非留守学生自责倾向和过敏倾向得分为(5.85±2.21),(5.84±2.10),明显高于留守学生(4.86±2.31),(4.78±2.22)和曾留守学生(4.42±2.71),(5.50±2.84)(P<0.05)。结论 与非留守初中生比较,留守初中生心理问题表现不明显,但阳性检出率有明显增长趋势。

     

    Abstract: Objective To examine the psychological health status of left-in-home junior middle school students for making intervention measures.Methods The subjects consisted of 775 students from 3 township junior middle schools in Jiang xi.All the subjects were examined with mental healthtest(MHT).Results Among the subjects,72.4% were positive in one or two of the three items,and there was no significant defference in positive rate between left-in-home students and non-left-in-home students(P>0.05).16.5% of the left-in-home subjects were positive in the phobia test and 9.7% of the non-left-in-home were positive with significant difference(χ2=7.15,P<0.01).In the impulse test,the score of left-inhome subjects of grade 2 was significantly higher than that of non-left-in-home students and the ever-left-in-home students (4.49±2.25 vs 2.642.08,4.49±2.25 vs 3.91±2.41,F=3.89,P>0.05).In the self-accusation test,the score of male non-left-in-home subjects was significantly higher than that of the left-in-home males,and than the ever-left-in-home males (5.34±2.39 vs 4.69±2.54,5.34±2.39 vs 5.02±2.41,F=3.31,P<0.05).In the sel-faccusation test and the selfaw areness test,the score of non-left-in-home subjects of grade 3 was significantly higher than that of the left-in-home and the ever-left-in-home(5.85±2.21 vs 4.86±2.31,5.85±2.21 vs 4.42±2.71,F=3.94,P<0.05;5.84±2.10 vs 4.78±2.22,5.84±2.10 vs 5.50±2.84,F=3.34,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the non-left-in-home,the psychological health problems of the left-in-home junior middle school students are not significant different.However,there are distinctively more students with positive in the MHT test among the lef-in-home students.
