Abstract: Objective To explore influencing factors of fatty liver in smiple obesity children for treatment and prevention of the disease.Methods Questionnaire survey and physical examinaion were conducted among 15 119 prmiary and middle school students and 121 smiple obesity chilclen aged 8-13 years were selected with multistage sampling.Results The prevalence of fatty liver was 71.9% among the smiple obesity children.The body mass index(BMI)was 29.36 and the low density lipoprote in(LDL)and triglyceride(TG)was 3.20,2.45 mmol/L in smiple obesity with fatty liver and the indexes were sign ificantly higher than that of in simple obesity children witho utfatty liver.Uncoditional logistic regression in dicated that waist circum ference,eating large amount of fried food,having no breakfast,BMI,LDL and TG were risk factors of fatty liver and not having snacks and doing physical excercise were protective factors.Conclusion Obesity and blood lipoprotein are positively correlated with fatty liver in smiple obesity children.
