江西省赣州市留守小学生生活质量调查

Quality of life and influnential factor of left-behind elementary school students in Ganzhou city

  • 摘要: 目的 调查江西省赣州市留守小学生生活质量现状并分析影响因素。方法 从赣州市所有小学中随机整群抽取4所小学4、5年级全体学生为研究对象,其中留守组596人,对照组948人。应用儿童生活质量量表进行问卷调查。结果 生活质量总分留守组为(119.81±12.07)分,对照组为(128.21±11.01)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。而且留守组生活质量的生理、心理、社会功能、生活环境及生活质量满意度5个方面得分分别为(22.38±3.98),(32.54±4.61),(23.15±5.25),(16.06±2.95),(3.03±0.24)分,均明显低于对照组的(28.95±4.03),(39.29±5.55),(29.02±4.85),(16.89±3.03),(3.55±0.64)分(P<0.01)。留守小学生生活质量的影响因素有:同伴关系、亲子关系、心理功能总分、负性情绪、自我概念、学习态度(P<0.01)。结论 留守小学生存在消极的自我评价,生活质量较差。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the quality of life and its influential factors among left-behind elementary school students in Ganzhou city,Jiangxi province.Methods The quality of life questionnaire of childre was applied to elementary school students(596 left-behind,948 controls)in four schools.Results The quality of life scores in various and overall directions of left-behind students were significantly lower than that of controls.The main in fluential factors of quality of life were total scores of mental health,pressure of study,depression,enforcement,mental disba lance,care and under standing of parents,companionship.Conclusion The left-behind elementary school students in Ganzhou city have nagative self-appraisement and lower scores of quality of life.
