二氧化钛纳米材料对家兔血液相容性影响

Influence of nanomaterials of titanium dioxide on rabbit haemo-compatibility

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)对家兔凝血系统、血浆蛋白及血细胞的影响,初步研究其血液相容性。方法 将24只家兔随机分为4组,在给药的0,1,2,4,8,24,48h检测凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)和血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量;血浆血小板第4因子(PF-4)含量;红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)计数;并在0和48h时于光镜下观察血细胞形态。结果 TiO2纳米粒对家兔的PT、APTT、FIB、PF-4、RBC、WBC、PLT均无明显影响(P>0.05);且同组中不同时间点,检测指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);0,48h时各种血细胞形态均未见明显变化。结论 TiO2纳米粒对家兔凝血功能、血浆蛋白及血细胞的数量和形态均无影响,是一种具有良好血液相容性的生物材料。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the effect of nanometer titanium dioxide on coagulation system,plasma albumin,blood cells and hematological compatibility in rabbits.Methods Twenty-four white Japane serabbits werrandomly divided into 4 groups and the blood samples were taken at the tmie of 0,1,2,4,8,24 and 48 hours after vein injection of nanometer titanium diozide.Prothrombin time(PT),active partial thrombolastin tmie(APTT),plasma fibrinogen(FIB),plasm a platelet factor 4(PF4),red blood cell(RBC),white blood cell(WBC),and platelet were tested.And at 0 and 48 hours after injection,blood smears with HE stain were observed.Results No significant differ ince was observed between different groups (P>0.05)and in the same group at different tmie(P>0.05).The morphology of RBC,W C and PLT in blood smear of each group showed no difference under microscope(X400).Conclusion Nanometer titanium dioxide has no effect on coagulation system,morphology and number of blood cells in rabbits.
