医学生不良体重控制行为与健康危害行为关系

Relationship between unhealthy weight-control behavior and health-risk behavior in medical freshmen and sophomores

  • 摘要: 目的分析医学生不良体重控制行为与健康危害行为的关系。方法从安徽省合肥市某医科大学选取大学一、二年级普通全日制在校学生3 777人,使用自编大学生健康调查问卷,调查7种不良体重控制行为以及多种健康危害行为。结果医学生中不良体重控制行为总报告率为9.8%,其中男生为6.9%,女生为12.5%;不良体重控制行为中,女生的过度运动(5.0%)、24 h内禁食米饭(3.4%)、喝减肥茶(2.1%)3种行为的报告率均高于男生(3.2%,1.5%,1.1%);男女生不良体重控制行为者其暴食、当前吸烟、当前饮酒、重度饮酒、醉酒、有网络成瘾倾向等行为的报告率均高于无不良体重控制行为者(除女生网络成瘾倾向P值=0.204以外,其他P值均<0.05);且有不良体重控制行为者同时有其他2~4种以上健康危害行为报告率明显高于无不良体重控制行为者(P值均<0.05)。结论大学生不良体重控制行为与多种健康危害行为之间存在并存现象。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo analyze the cooccurrence of unhealthy weight-control behavior and other health-risk behavior in undergraduates.MethodsA total of 3 777 freshmen and sophomores froma medical university in Hefei city were selected as participants.The information on 7 kinds of unhealthy weight-control behaviors as well as multiple health-risk behaviors were collected.ResultsTotally 3 718 participants completed the questionnaire.The prevalence of unhealthy weight-control behavior was 91.8% (6.9% in boys and 12.5% in girls).Compared with the boys with unhealthy weight control behaviors, the girls had higher prevalences of overexcercise(5.0% vs 3.2%),without eating rice in a day(3.4% vs 1.5%),and drinking weight loss tea(2.1% vs 1.1%).Prevalences of binge eating,current smoking,current alcohol drinking,curren heavy alcohol drinking,current drunk,and internet addiction tendency in students with unhealthy weight-control behaviors were higher than the prevalences in those without unhealthy weight-control behavior(P<0.05).More cooccurences of other health-risk behaviors were reported in students with unhealthy weight-control behaviors(P<0.05).ConclusionThere is a cooccurence of unhealthy weight-control behaviors and other health-risk behaviors.
