苦参提取物杀菌效果分析

  • 摘要: 目的以苦参为植物源,利用丙酮热回流法提取其活性成分,加入乳化剂TX-10,制备植物源消毒剂,并对其杀菌活性进行测定。方法杀菌活性测定采用悬液定量杀菌试验、模拟空气现场消毒和物体表面消毒的方法。结果悬液定量杀菌试验结果表明,低浓度组(消毒剂浓度为40 g/L)作用30 min对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的杀灭率≥99.9%;空气消毒实验结果表明,用消毒剂浓度15 g/L按30 mL/m3超低容量喷雾消毒空气60 min,自然菌的消亡率为93.10%~95.06%;物体表面消毒结果表明,用消毒剂浓度30 g/L按100 mL/m3容量消毒桌面30 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的杀灭率≥99.9%。结论苦参提取物加入乳化剂TX-10配成植物源消毒剂,对细菌繁殖体有良好的杀灭效果,对空气自然菌和物体表面消毒效果能达到规定的消毒要求。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo research disinfection effect of matrine extraction.MethodsThe matrin extraction was made with acetone hot back flow method.Then the extraction was mixed with emulsifier TX-10 for disinfection test.The suspension quantitative germicidal test, air scene disinfection,and object surface disinfection tests were carried out to evaluated is infection effect of the extraction.ResultsThe disinfection rate was above 99.9% when the Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were exposed to low concentration of the extraction(40g/L)for 30 minutes.The air scene disinfection test showed a disinfectio n ra te of 93.10%-95.06% for na tura l bacter ium in the a ir at ex trac tion concentra tion of 15 g/L for 60 m inutes.Ob ject surface disinfection test showed a disinfection rate of 99.9%-95.06% for Esche richia coli and Staphy lococcus at the extraction concentration of 30 g/L for 30 minutes.ConclusionMatrine extraction has a good disinfection effect to bacterium vegetative formand natural bacterium in the air and on object surface.
