镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复患者血液金属含量分析

Levels of blood metal elements in patients with Ni-Cr based porcelain-fuse-metal crown treatment

  • 摘要: 目的比较镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复患者与正常人群全血中镍、铬及相关金属含量。方法选择有镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复史患者91例作为实验组,63名普通健康男性作为对照组。空腹抽取静脉血,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)对全血镍、铬等金属含量进行测定。结果镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复患者全血镍、铬含量分别为(9.2±6.0)ng/mL和(1.7±2.0)ng/mL;其中镍含量明显高于正常人群(P<0.05)。患者血中锶、铯、钴含量分别为(40.0±15.0),(4.6±1.2),(1.0±0.7)ng/mL,与正常人群比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论镍铬合金烤瓷冠可能影响机体内微量金属含量。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo compare the levels of blood nickel(Ni),chromium(Cr)and related metal elements between patients with Ni-Cr based porcelain-fuse-metal crown treatment and general population.MethodsOrerall 91 patients treated with Ni-Cr based porcelain-fuse-metal crown were selected as cases,and 63 healthy males were selected as control group.Vein blood were collected before breakfast.Blood samples were digested with microwave digestive system.Levels of Ni, Cr and related metale lements in the blood were determined with ICP-MS.ResultsThe levels of Ni and Cr of the patients with Ni-Cr based porce lain-fuse-metal crown were 9.2±6.0 ng/mL and 1.7±2.0 ng/mL,respectively.The level of Ni was significantly different from that of in general population(P<0.05).The levels of blood Sr,Cs and Co among the patients were 40.0±15.0,4.6±1.2,and 1.0±0.7 ng/mL,respectively,and were significantly different from that of general population (P<0.05).ConclusionNi-Cr based porcela in-fuse-metal crown may affect the levels of blood mental elements in human.
