高血压患者不同体位醛固酮/血浆肾素活性值比较

Comparison of aldosterone/plasma rennin activity ratio among hyperten sion patients in different posture

摘要: 目的对高血压患者卧位和立位的醛固酮/血浆肾素活性值(ARR)进行分析,探讨同一患者2种不同体位时ARR值的差异。方法应用放射免疫测定120例患者血浆肾素活性(PRA)和醛固酮(ALD),分别在卧位和立位采血测定血浆PRA和ALD,计算ARR值后进行分析。结果 120例患者的卧位ARR值为(153.14±33.25),立位ARR值为(78.80±27.42)。样本ARR值经对数转换后符合正态分布。按α=0.05进行配对t检验,t=7.218,P<0.05,认为卧位和立位ARR对数值的分布差异有统计学意义。结论 ARR值在立位和卧位时存在差异,应制定适用于不同体位的诊断标准。

Abstract: Objective To determine and compare the activities of aldosterome and plasm a rennin among hypertention patientsinlying and standing position.Methods The blood samples were collected from hype rtention patientsinlying and standing position,respectively.The radio immunoassay was used to detect plasm a renn in activity(PRA)and plasm a aldosterone(ALD).And thep lasma aldosterone/renn in activity ratio(ARR)was calculated.Results The values of ARR were 153.14±33.25 for 120 patients in lying position and 78.80±27.42 for 120 patients in standing position with significant differece in pared-samples T-test(t=7.218,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a difference in ARR values between hypertention patients in lying and standing position and the difference should be conside red when A RR value is used in diagnosis.
