国际船舶压载舱沉积物中病原微生物检测分析

Detection of pathogens in ballast sediments from international vessels

  • 摘要: 目的 检测辽宁省大连市海湾停靠坞修的国际船舶压载舱沉积物中病原微生物的种类,探讨压载舱沉积物排放管理和卫生处理方法,为制定相应预防控制措施提供参考依据。方法 压载舱沉积物按照0.5 mg/0.5 mL样品接种10 mL增菌液的比例将压载舱淤泥分别接种到营养肉汤和碱性蛋白胨水中,37℃过夜震荡摇菌。增菌后划线接种在选择培养基上,过夜培养挑取阳性菌落纯培养后鉴定。结果 从45艘国际航行船舶采集的48份压载舱沉积物样品中共检出15种细菌,其中12种具有致病性。结论 必须加强国际船舶压载舱沉积物的排放监管和卫生学处理。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the types of pathogen in the sedinents from ballast tank on international ships for sanitation treahnent of sedin ents from international vessels.Methods Sedinents of ballast were add into nutrient broth and alkaline peptone water with the p roportion of 0.5 mg/0.5 mL.There fixture was shaken overnight and cultured at 37℃.The culture was inoculated onto selection medium after bacterial enrichment.The positive colonies were picked out for identification after overnight culture.Results Totally 15 kinds of bacteria were detected from 48 ballast tank sedinent samples collected from 45 international vessels and 12 kinds of them were pathogenic.Conclusion The sedinentdischarge of international vessels should be monitored and treated before discharge.
