维吾尔族人群代谢性疾病与ApoEε2等位基因

Apolipoprotein Eε2 allele gene in relation to other risk factors of metabolic disease in Uygur ethnic

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨维吾尔族代谢性疾病与载脂蛋白Eε2等位基因(ApoEε2)的关系.方法 收集2006年1月-2006年12月在新疆医科大学附属中医医院和宝科达医院健康体检的386名维吾尔族人,采集血液标本,检测血液生化指标以及ApoE基因型.结果 新疆维吾尔族ApoEε2等位基因的携带率为31.9%(123/386);与非携带组比较,除了高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇升高外,ApoEε2等位基因携带组的其余指标均有下降趋势,其中收缩压、舒张压及低密度脂蛋白差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与非携带组比较,携带者代谢性疾病检出率降低,尤其是对高胆固醇血症和高血压影响较大,其中高血压检出率差异,P=0.058.结论 ApoEε2等位基因携带者血脂水平及代谢性疾病的检出率降低,是代谢性疾病的保护因素.

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the irlfluence of apolipopmtein E(ApoeE)ε2 allele gene on metaboli; disease in Uygurel)lnioity.Methods Thebbod sanples of 386 subjects aged 20 to 70 years wele colled from January to December 2006 in Urum chi.The subjects were detected for hight,weiht waist circum ference,abdomen circum ference,glycer in(GLU),serum trigly ceride(TG),serum total cholesterol(TC),serm high density lipoprote in cholesterol(HDL C),and serum lowdensity lipoprote in chole sterol(LD LC).A polipo prete in E gene polymor phism was de termined with polymerized chainreaction restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR RFLP).Results The frequence of Apoe ε2 allele gene in Uygur people was 31.9%(123/386).Compared with the non ε2 a llele group,normal health and blood biochemistry markers of lipid metabo lism decreased in people with ε2 allele gene.The systo lic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and LDL C showed sign ificant difference(P<0.05)and the prelevance of metabolic diseases decreased,especially for hyperchole sterem ia and hypertension among the subjects with Apo ε2 allele gene.Conclusion The ε2 allele gene of apolipopretein E genecan decrease the pre levance of metabolic disease,and may be a protective factor of metabolic disease in Uygur ethnicity.
