蝇蛆壳聚糖对糖尿病小鼠降血糖作用

Hypoglycemic effect of housefly maggot chitosan in diabetic mice

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨蝇蛆壳聚糖对实验性糖尿病小鼠血糖调节作用.方法 将蝇蛆壳聚糖分别给予正常小鼠及糖尿病模型小鼠,经口灌胃,连续20 d,测定空腹血糖及糖耐量.结果 正常小鼠给予蝇蛆壳聚糖后血糖值为(8.86±1.12)mmol/L,与空白对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).糖尿病小鼠给予高、中、低剂量蝇蛆壳聚糖后血糖分别为(11.92±3.36),(13.02±4.27),(16.39±2.65)mmol/L,均明显低于模型对照组(19.67±3.81)mmol/L(P<0.05),高、中、低剂量组糖耐量分别为(24.70±5.04),(27.58±5.30),(34.27±7.73)mm2,均明显低于模型对照组(40.49±9.80)mm2(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 蝇蛆壳聚糖能明显降低糖尿病小鼠血糖,对四氧嘧啶所引起的胰岛β细胞破坏有一定抑制作用.

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the hypoglycemic effect of housefly maggot chitosan(HM C)in normal and diabetic mice.Methods HMC was orally administered to normal and diabetic mice for 20 days.The diabetic model in mice were established with a lloxan in jection in venacauda lis.Blood glucose was measured at different time.Results In nomal mice,there was no significant difference in the level of blood glucose between HMC treatment group and control group.In diabetic mice,the blood glucose level of HM C treatment guoup was significantly lower than that of model group(P<0.01).The blood glucose at 0,0.5,2 hr and glucose tolerance of the mice in treatment group were significantly lower than that of model guoup(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion HMC has no effect on blood glucose in norm al mice.But HMC could decrease the blood glucose and glucose to lerance significantly in diabetic mice.
