复方替硝唑载体栓体外抗菌活性评价

Antibiotic activity of compound tinidazole suppositor in vitro

  • 摘要: 目的 研究复方替硝唑载体栓对厌氧菌、真菌及细菌体外抗菌活性.方法 采用琼脂稀释法测定复方替硝载体栓对厌氧菌、真菌、细菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),并与妇康载体栓、甲硝唑、替硝唑、克霉唑、醋酸氯已定进行对照.结果 复方替硝唑载体栓对脆弱拟杆菌、具核梭杆菌、厌氧消化链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、淋球菌、白色念珠菌MIC值分别为0.0 625,0.5,0.125,16,128,64,8,16μg/mL.对于标准菌株脆弱拟杆菌、具核梭杆菌、厌氧消化链球菌,复方替硝唑载体栓MIC明显低于妇康载体栓.结论 复方替硝唑载体对妇科炎症具有广谱、高效杀菌特点.

     

    Abstract: Objective To study antibiotic activity of compoundtin idazole carrier supositoriesaga in stanaerobic bacteria,fungus and bacterium in vitro.Methods Compared with the results of the complex pre scription carrier suppositeries,metronidzaole,tinidazole,coltrmiax ole and chlorhex idine acetate,the minmi uminhibitary concentrations(MIC)of compoundtin idazle carrier suppolitories against anaerobic bacteria,fungus and bacterium were determined with agardilution method.Results Compound tinidazole carrier suppositories showed a strong antibiotic activity aga inst Bacteroides fragilis.Fusobacterium mucleatum,Pepto streptoco ccusanaerobius,Staphy lococcus aureus(SA),Escherichia coli,Pseudomonsa a eruginosa,gonococcus and Candia albicans,with MIC of 0.0625,0.5,0.125,16,128,64,8,16μg/mL,respeetively.For Bacteroides Fragilis,Fusobacterium mucleatum,Pepto streptococus anaero bius,the MIC of com pound tinidazole carrier suppo sitories was lower than that of the complex prescription carrier suppository.Conclusion Tinidazole carrier suppository is of broad antibiotic spectrum,high activity in vitro and lowtoxicity in gynecological inflamation treatment.
