Knowledge, attitude, practice of nutrition in pregnant women of Lanzhou city

  • 摘要: 目的 了解甘肃省兰州市孕妇营养相关知识、态度、行为(KAP)现状并分析其影响因素。方法 采用问卷调查方法对2008年3-8月在兰州市3家医院定期产前检查的怀孕16~24周的妇女进行现场问卷调查。结果 兰州市孕妇营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)水平较低,总合格率为47.04%,营养知识合格率为58.12%;营养态度普遍较好;67.52%的孕妇有挑食、偏食现象,不食用动物内脏和动物血、奶类、豆类及其制品、坚果类的孕妇所占的比例分别占45.23%,12.15%,26.54%,30.52%,孕妇营养知识、态度、行为间有明显相关性,相关系数分别为0.245,0.298,0.254(P<0.05);孕妇营养知识、态度、行为水平主要受孕妇文化程度及职业、丈夫职业的影响,标准偏相关系数β值分别为0.374,0.310,0.160(P<0.05);孕妇希望获取营养知识的主要途径是孕期营养讲座、医务人员指导、专业书籍。结论 兰州市孕妇人群的营养知识缺乏,饮食行为不科学,应采取多种形式对孕妇进行营养知识宣传和饮食行为引导。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the status of nutrition knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)and related influencing factors among the pregnan two men in Lanzhou city.Methods Aquestionnaire survey was carried out among pregnan two men in three hospitals of Lanzhou city.Results Most pregnan two men had a positive attitude towards nutrition and health.However,only 47.04% of the subjects had adequate knowledge on nutrition and healthy dietary practice.Many pregnan two men were fastidious about their food.The ratios of pregnant women who did not eatanimal internal organs,anmial blood,milk,bean and its products,and nuts were 451.23%,121.15%,26.54%,and 30.52%,respecitively.A significant positive correlation was found between nutrition knowledge,attitude and practice(r=0.245,0.298,0.254;P<0.05).The Level of education,occupation,the husbandps occupation were the major contributing factors to KAP level on nutrition,with partial correlation coefficients of 0.374,0.310,0.160 among the pregnant women(P<0.05).Conclusion The pregnant women are deficient in nutrition knowledge and have incorrect dietary habits.Guidance on nutrition knowledge and dietary behavior should be implemented.
