长叶胡颓子对荷瘤鼠细胞免疫功能影响

Effect of Elaeagnus bockii Diels on cell immunity function of mice with tumor

  • 摘要: 目的 观察长叶胡颓子叶对荷瘤鼠细胞因子调节作用。方法 50只小鼠随机分为5组,正常对照组、模型组、胡颓子组(水煎液灌胃0.4 mL/只)、环磷酰胺组和胡颓子+环磷酰胺组。采用ELISA法测定白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平,采用四甲基偶氮噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法测定肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果 胡颓子组IFN-γ、IL-2、TNF-α的表达分别为(46.41±5.82),(113.41±9.26)和(0.884±0.096),明显高于模型组、环磷酰胺组(P<0.01);长叶胡颓子能纠正荷瘤机体的Th1/Th2漂移现象,维持TH1的优势状态,具有免疫增强作用。结论 长叶胡颓子能提高IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α的分泌,能够增强荷瘤鼠细胞免疫功能。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the effect of Elaeagnus bockii Diels on cytokine of mice with tumor.Methods The amount of interleukin-2(IL-2)and in terferon(IFN)was tested with ELISA and the amount of tumornecrosis factor (TNF-α)was determined with MTT.Results The secretion of IL-2,IFN-γ and TNF-α in mice of Elaeagnus bockii Diels group and Elaeagnus bockii Diels+cyclopho sphamidecy(CY)group was obviously higher than that of model group and CY group(P<0.01).The Elaeagnus bockii Diels corrected Thelper I cells/Thelper 2 cells(Th1/Th2)drift phenomenon of the mice and kept the superiority state of Th1.Conclusion The Elaeagnus bockii Diels increases IL-2,IFN-γ and TNF-α,and promotes cell mimunity function of the mice with tumor.
