Genotyping of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus inducing nosocomial infection

  • 摘要: 目的 分析广东省人民医院不同科室来源的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)菌株基因分型同源性,为控制MRSA医院感染流行提供科学依据。方法 使用细菌基因组重复序列聚合酶链式反应(Rep-PCR)技术以及高级微生物基因分型系统(DiversiLab)细菌同源性分析技术对50株医院感染的MRSA进行基因分型。结果 50株MR-SA分为19个基因型,其中A型20株,为主要流行型别,主要来自于重症监护室(ICU)、呼吸科、康复科、神经外科、心外科等11个病区;B型7株,D型和J型各3株,H型和L型各2株,其余均为1株。结论 该院存在着以A型MRSA为主的感染流行,该型菌株可能以克隆株的形式播散。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate congenetic genotype of methicillin resistant Staphylococcusau reaus(M RSA)isolated from different sections in a hospital for the control of nosocomial infection.Methods Fiftys trains of MRSA isolated from nosocomial infection inpatients were detected for genotyping with automated Diversilab and repetitive-sequence-based polyme rasechain reaction(REP-PCR).Results The MRSA strains were classified into 19 different genotypes and the major type was type A(20 strains).The strains of type A were isolated mainly from the patients in 11 words such as intensive careunit,departments of rehabilitation,respiratory,neurosurgical,and cardiac surgery.The number of type B,D,J,H,and strain L was 7,3,3,2,and 2,respectively,with only one strain of other type.Conclusion There is a prevalence of the type As train of MRSA and the strain may be disseminated in cloning ways.
