急性高血脂小鼠模型蛋黄乳及Trition法建立

Acute hyperlipidemia model induced by yolk and Trition-WR1339 in mice

  • 摘要: 目的 比较蛋黄乳和Trition方法建立的小鼠急性高血脂模型.方法 分别采用腹腔注射75%蛋黄乳剂和尾静脉注射3%Trition-WR1339(Trition)溶液的方法,建立小鼠急性高脂血症模型,观察辛伐他汀对小鼠血脂的影响.结果 高脂模型A组(腹腔注射蛋黄乳)血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)分别为14.02,7.33,2.98及1.03 mmol/L,与空白对照A组比较明显升高(P<0.01);高脂模型B组(尾静脉注射Trition)血清TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C分别为16.87,8.71,3.83及1.27 mmol/L,与空白对照B组比较明显升高(P<0.01);与高脂模型A、B组比较,辛伐他汀组血清TG、TC、LDL-C和HDL-C水明显降低.结论 腹腔注射75%蛋黄乳剂和尾静脉注射3%Trition-WR1339溶液均可成功建立小鼠急性高血脂模型.

     

    Abstract: Objective To establish an acute hyperlipidemia model with yolk and TritionW R 1339 in mice.Methods A cuteanmial models of hyperlipidemia were established in mice with 75% yolk peritoneal in jection(mode lA) and 3% Trition WR 1339 solution caudal vein injection(model B),respective ly.Inadditio n,the effects of smivastatin treamtent on the two acute hyperlipidemia models were investigated.Results After the yolk peritoneal injection,serumtrig lyceride(TG),total chole sterol(TC),low density lipo prote in cholesterol(LDLC),and high density lipoprote in cholesterol(HDLC) of model A were 14.02,7.33,2.98,and 1.03 mmol/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of control group A(P < 0.01).After 3% Triton WR 1339 solution cauda lvein in jection,serum TG,TC,LDLC,and HDLC of model B were 16.87,8.71,3.83,and 1.27 mmol/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of control group B(P < 0.01).Smivastatin treatment to the mice in the two models significantly decreased serum TG,TC,LDLC,and HDLC.Conclusion The application of 75% yolk peritoneal in jection and 3% Triton WR 1339 solution caudalve in injection can induce acute hyperlip idemia in mice.
