金匮肾气丸及微营养素对衰老小鼠雄激素影响

Effect of Jinkuishenqiwan and micronutrients on testosterone level and anti-oxidation in aging mice induced by D-galactose

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨金匮肾气丸与微营养素合用对衰老小鼠雄激素水平及抗氧化作用的影响.方法 用D-半乳糖制造衰老模型小鼠,给予金匮肾气丸和微营养素,观察血中睾酮、组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平.结果 金匮肾气丸低、高剂量组及微营养素联合组血清睾酮水平分别为(1.826±0.069),(1.842±0.082),(1.883±1.080)和(2.005±0.120)ng/mL;明显高于模型对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,血液和心、肝、脑、肺组织中GSH-Px和SOD水平亦有明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 金匮肾气丸具有明显升高血睾酮、血和组织GSH-Px和SOD水平作用,与微营养素合用效果更佳.

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of Jinku ishenqiwan and micronutrients on testosterone level and antioxidation in aging mice induced by Dga lactose.Methods The aging mice were divided into blank control,model control and four treamtent groups.The treamtent groups were treated with different dose of Jingkuishenqwi an or/and medicaments,respectively,and the control group with distilled water for 6 weeks.The serumtesto sterone,the activity of glutathion peroxi dase(GSHPx) and superox ide dismutase(SOD) in blood,lung,liver,brain and heartwere tested.Results The contents of testosterone for model control and four treatment groups were 1.734±0.102,1.826±0.069,1842±0 082,1.883±1.080,and 2.005±0.120 ng/m L,and the activities of GSHPx were 381.61±24.63,448.67±20.52,480.76±16.87,489.71±19.39,and 511.02±21.16 U/m l,respectively; the contents of SOD in blood were 13347.86±1147.86,16603.16±727.64,18378.42±908.91,18787.70±1322.91,and 19878.67±1148.77 U/g Hb for the mice in the model control group and four treamtent groups.There were obvious differences in the indexes between blank control group and model control group and four treamtent groups(P < 0.05 for all).The contents of GSH Px and SOD in lung,liver,bra in and heart of treamtent groups were increased significantly compared to that of the blank control group(P < 005).Conclusion Jingku ishenqiwan increasesse rumtesto sterone,the activity of GSH Px and SOD in the blood and tissues significantly,and shows a better effect when combined with micronutrient.
