牛带绦虫成虫钙调神经磷酸酶B基因生物信息学分析

  • 摘要: 目的 从牛带绦虫(Teania saginata)成虫cDNA文库中克隆牛带绦虫钙调神经磷酸酶B(calcineurin B钙调神经磷酸酶B)基因,分析和预测其编码蛋白的结构和特性.方法 构建牛带绦虫成虫cDNA质粒文库,从文库中识别钙调神经磷酸酶B基因并进行生物信息学分析.结果 该基因全长510 bp,编码区为141~650,编码170个氨基酸,为全长基因.理论分子量、等电点分别为19119.3 Da和4.52;无跨膜区;三维结构建模图显示其线性表位的部位.结论 应用生物信息方法从牛带绦虫成虫cDNA文库中筛选出钙调神经磷酸酶B基因的cDNA全长序列,并预测得到其结构与功能方面的信息.

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze and predict the structure and characteristics of calcineurin Bin Taeniasa ginata(T.saginata)by bioinformatics analysis in order to guide the expermiental research for its biological function and application.Methods With analyzing tools of bioinformatics,the gene of calc ineur in B from the T.sa ginata full length cDNA plasmid library was recognized and the new gene was analyzed with bioinform atics and submitted to GeneBank.Results The gene is 510 bp in length with a coding region of 141-650 coding 170 aminoacids.It is a complete full length gene compared with that of the homolog ues in GenBank.The predicted molecular weight of calcineur in B gene is 19119.3Da.The prote in contains no transmem brane region and subce llular location sequence.It has four "EF-hand" calcium binding regions.Conclusion The cDNA sequence encoding calc ineur in B gene is screened from cDN A library of adult Taeniasa ginata by bioinformatical method.The structure and characteristics of Taeniasa ginata of the gene and prote in of calcineurin Bgene are obtained.
