重庆市2县碘缺乏病现状分析

Prevalence of iodine deficiency disorders in Bishan and Yunyang county of Chongqing city

  • 摘要: 目的 了解重庆市璧山县和云阳县2个县的碘缺乏病现状,为制订防治策略提供依据.方法 采用整群随机抽样方法,检测重庆市2个县8~10岁学龄儿童的尿碘、家庭食用盐、甲状腺肿大率、智商(IQ).结果 检测尿样571份,尿碘中位数为261.47μg/L,尿碘水平<100和>300μg/L分别有33,214份,分别占5.78%,37.48%;检测食用盐556份,碘盐覆盖率、合格率、合格碘盐食用率分别为99.64%,94.77%和94.42%;分别有60,53人通过触诊法和B超法诊断为甲状腺肿大,分别占10.36%和9.15%.结论 2县普供碘盐的情况良好,但人群尿碘水平仍然偏高,甲状腺肿大率明显高于全国平均水平.

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the situation of iodine deficieney disorders(IDD)in Bishan and Yunyang country of Chongqing city in order to provide evidence for formulating prevention and control tactics.Methods With clusterran domsam ple method,urinary iodine,familial iodine salt use,rate of goite,rand in telligence quotient among the children aged 8-10 years were detected.Results To tally 571 urine sam ples were inspec ted.The urinary iodine median was 261.47μg/L.There were 33(5.78%)and 214(37.48%)children with urinary iodine median less than 100μg/L and more than 300μg/L.The iodine salt coverage rate,the qualified rate and qualified iodine salted ible rate was 99.64%,94.77%,and 94.42%,respectively,for 556 family table salt samples.Among 557 pupils,goiter was found in 60(10.36%)children by palpation and 53(9.15%)by Bultrasonog raphy.Conclusion The iodined salt use in the two counties is good,but there are still high level of urinary iodine and goiter rate than the national average.
