上海市海洛因依赖者高危性行为及影响因素分析

High risk sexual behaviors and impact factors among heroin users in Shanghai city

  • 摘要: 目的 了解海洛因依赖者高危性行为及其危险因素,为制订相关干预措施提供理论依据。方法 采用横断面调查方法对上海市3个劳教戒毒场所和上海市自愿戒毒中心共计547例海洛因依赖者进行调查,内容包括毒品使用情况、艾滋病相关知识水平、安全套使用态度、艾滋病(AIDS)感染警觉度等。结果 首次性行为年龄较早为(19.1±8.1)岁、43.8%的海洛因依赖者与多个性伙伴发生性行为、77.8%海洛因依赖者从未使用安全套、安全性行为的认知水平较差;男性(OR=3.913,95%CI=2.429~6.305)、以及对使用安全套正性态度较低者(OR=0.950,95%CI=0.910~0.991)更容易从事高危性行为。结论 应加强对海洛因依赖者高危性行为的干预工作。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand HIV/AIDS related high risk sexual behaviors and its related factors among hero in users in Shanghai.Methods Totally 547 heroin users recruited from three Compulsory Treamtent Centers and one Volunta ry Drug Abuse Treamtent Center were interviewed.Information on HIV/AIDS knowledge,condom use attitude,and per ceived vulnerability to HIV/AIDS infection were collected and analyzed.Results High risk sexualbehaviors including non condom use sexual behavior and multiple sexual partners were very common in the heroin users,and the gender differences were found among these variables(P < 0.001).Regression results showed that male(odds rationOR=3.913,95% confi dence intervalCI=2.429-6.305) and low condom use attitude(OR=0.950,95%CI=0.910-0.991)) were the strong predictors of HIV/AIDS related risk sexual behaviors.Conclusion Comprehensive intervention strategies for reducing HIV/AIDS related risk sexual behaviors should be considered and the gender-specific factors also should be included in the intervention strategies.
