鱼中挥发酚4-氨基安替比林流动注射分析

Flow injection analysis of volatile phenol in fish with 4-amino antipyrine colorimetry

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨用4-氨基安替比林流动注射分析测定鱼中挥发性酚。方法 对4-氨基安替比林流动注射分析的线性范围、最低检出限量、加标回收率及相对标准偏差进行测定,在操作质量合格的前提下,检测广东省深圳市52份海鱼及42份淡水鱼。结果 4-氨基安替比林流动注射分析线性范围为0.001~0.04 mg/kg,最低检出限<0.001 mg/kg,加标回收率89.5%~102.9%,相对标准偏差1.3%~4.6%;海鱼酚平均质量浓度(0.184 mg/kg)明显高于淡水鱼(0.061 mg/kg)(P(0.05);2009年淡水鱼酚比2007年(0.049 mg/kg,萃取法)高24%,但差异无统计学意义。结论 4-氨基安替比林流动注射分析的高自动化、微量操作,提高了方法的灵敏度和稳定性,符合高效、节能要求。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the detection of volatile phenol in fish by flow injection analysis with 4 aminoantipyrine colormietry.Methods The linear range,detection lmiit,recovery,and relative standard deviation of flow in jection analysis for volatile phenol with 4 aminoantipy rine colormietry were tested,and 52 samples of marine fish and 42 samples of freshwater fish were detected.Results The linear range was 0.0010.04m g/kg; the detection lmiit was less than 0.001 mg/kg; the recovery was 89.5% 102.9% and the relative standard deviation was 1.34.6%.The average concentration of volatile phenol in marine fish (0.184 mg/kg) was significantly higher than that of infreshwater fish (0.061 mg/kg) (P < 0.05).The volatile phenol concentration of freshwater fish was 24% higher in 2009 than that of in 2007 (0.049 mg/kg).Conclusion The high automation and micro operation miprove the sensitivity and stability of flow in jection analysis with 4 am ino antipyrine color imetry and the method is efficiency and energy saving.
