糖尿病患者社区综合干预效果评价
Effectiveness of community comprehensive intervention for patients with diabetes

摘要: 目的 分析评价社区综合干预措施对糖尿病患者认知水平和病情控制的影响.方法 在云南省昆明市科兴社区选择216例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查和体检,对全部患者进行为期1年半的综合干预并评价干预效果.结果 干预后,糖尿病患者对糖尿病危害、糖尿病综合干预方法及其重要性、病情控制指标等知识的知晓率明显提高(P<0.05);干预后患者血糖控制理想率达50.24%,较干预前(5.56%)明显提高(χ2=130.986,P=0.000);干预后患者血压控制理想率达到77.18%,明显高于干预前(58.33%)(χ2=17.091,P=0.000);而干预前后患者体重控制情况无明显变化(χ2=0.569,P=0.752).结论 社区综合干预可明显提高糖尿病患者对糖尿病防治知识的认知水平,改善糖尿病患者血糖、血压控制水平.Abstract: Objective To analyze and evaluate the influence of comprehensive intervention on knowledge and control of diabetes in community patients with diabetes.Methods Totally 216 diabetes patients were selected from Kexing community in Kunming city.All the subjects were interviewed with a structured questionnaire and physiscally checked up and thegiven a comprehensive intervention on diabetes.The second survey was carried out one and a half year after the base line survey.Results After the intervention,the awareness rate of the knowledge about diabetes prevention and control was improved significantly.The average blood glucose control rate was improved compared with that of before the intervention(χ2=60.287,P=0.000).The average blood presure control rate was also improved compared to that before the intervention(χ2=32.853,P=0.000).Conclusion Community comprehensive intervention can improve the knowledge about diabetes prevention and control and the control of the disease in community patients with diabetes.
