皖西地区发热伴血小板减少综合征人传人疫情调查

Human-to-human transmission epidemic of sever fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome in western Anhui province

  • 摘要: 目的 了解发热伴血小板减少综合征病例的流行病学特征、传播因素和病毒扩散方式,探讨该病人-人传播机制。方法 采用描述性流行病学方法探讨疫情的流行病学特征,重点分析可能的传播因素因果关联。结果 疫情涉及3例发热伴血小板减少综合征病例,系父子关系;首发病例由蜱虫叮咬感染,2名续发病例感染源于接触首发病例的血液、分泌物或排泄物。结论 发热伴血小板减少综合征感染途径除与蜱虫叮咬有关外,也与接触病例血液、分泌物或排泄物相关。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the prevalence,transmission and spread factors of sever fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(SFTS)bunyavirus and the mechanism of human-to-human transmission of the virus.Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was adopted to analyze the relationship between spread factors and the incidence of SFTS.Results Totally 3 cases(a father and his two sons)were identified in the SFTS epidemic in a family.The first case was the father with the history of tick bite;the 2 secondary cases were the two sons with history of contact with blood,secretion or excrement of the initial case.Conclusion The epidemic is the first SFTS human-to-human transmission in the western region of Anhui province of China and the SFTS epidemic suggests the infection of bunyavirus is related to tick bite and contact with blood,secretion or excrement of infected case.
