煤矿接尘工人工作倦怠与工作满意度、社会支持关系

Relationship between job burnout and job satisfaction,social support among workers exposed to coal dust

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨煤矿接尘工人工作倦怠与工作满意度、社会支持的关系。方法 采用工作倦怠问卷、工作满意度问卷和社会支持评定量表对山西省7个煤矿2 055名煤矿接尘工人进行问卷调查。结果 煤矿接尘工人工作倦怠的各维度平均得分:耗竭维度(8.99±7.93)分,疏离维度(4.84±5.74)分,无效能感维度(14.73±11.82)分;工作满意度和社会支持与工作倦怠的耗竭、疏离、无效能感3个维度均呈负相关(P﹤0.01);多因素分析结果显示,耗竭的预测变量有外在满意度(=-0.250,P<0.01)、支持利用度(=-0.214,P<0.01)、内在满意度(=-0.219,P<0.01)、客观支持(=-0.038,P<0.05);疏离的预测变量有外在满意度(=-0.271,P<0.01)、支持利用度(=-0.135,P<0.01)、内在满意度(=-0.187,P<0.01)、主观支持(=-0.089,P<0.01)、客观支持(=-0.053,P<0.05);无效能感预测变量有支持利用度的(=-0.161,P<0.01)、客观支持(=-0.078,P<0.01)、主观支持(=-0.068,P<0.05)、内在满意度(=-0.068,P<0.05)。结论 可以通过改善工作满意度和社会支持来缓解煤矿接尘工人的工作倦怠。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the relationship between job burnout and job satisfaction,social support among workers exposed to coal dust.Methods Totally 2 055 workers exposed to coal dust were investigated with questionnaires of Maslach Bunnout Inventory-Genenal Survey(MBI-GS),job satisfaction and social support.Results The mean MBI-GS scores were 8.99±7.93 for exhaustion,4.84±5.74 for cynicism,and 14.73±11.82 for professional inefficacy.Job satisfaction and social support had obvious negative correlations with job burnout(P < 0.01).The predictor variables of exhaustion included extrinsic satisfaction(=-0.250,P <0.01),support application dimension(=-0.214,P <0.01),intrinsic satisfaction(=-0.219,P <0.01),and objective support dimension(=-0.038,P <0.05).The predictor variables of cynicism included extrinsic satisfaction(=-0.271,P <0.01),support application dimension(=-0.135,PP <0.01),intrinsic satisfaction(=-0.187,P <0.01),subjective support dimension(=-0.089,P <0.01),and objective support dimension(=-0.053,P <0.05).The predictor variables of professional inefficacy included support application dimension(=-0.161,P <0.01),objective support dimension(=-0.078,P <0.05),subjective support dimension(=-0.068,P <0.05),and intrinsic satisfaction(=-0.068,P <0.01).Conclusion The job burnout of workers exposed to coal dust could be relieved by the improvement of job satisfaction and social support.
