Advances in researches of homocysteine and major chronic diseases

  • 摘要: 近年来,高同型半胱氨酸血症(Hhcy)作为多种慢性病的独立危险因素,越来越引起人们的重视;与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)升高有关的激素、营养、遗传等因素也同样被认为与心血管疾病、脑卒中、高血压、糖尿病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)、癌症等慢性病有着密切的关系;大量的动物实验和临床研究显示,Hcy能够刺激血管平滑肌增生以及造成血管内皮损伤等,从而增加多种慢性发病的危险性。
