重庆市中小学生矮身材患病状况分析

Prevalence of short stature among primary and secondary school students in Chongqing municipality

  • 摘要: 目的 了解重庆市中小学生矮身材患病现状,为实施相关干预提供依据。方法 于2012年采用分层整群抽样方法,选取重庆市好、中、差3片区共9个区县的54743名学生进行身高检测。结果 重庆市中小学生矮身材检出率为6.10%,城市学生检出率为4.20%,乡村为7.90%,乡村学生检出率高于城市,差异有统计学意义(χ2=334.726,P=0.000);男生检出率为5.98%,女生为6.17%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);好片学生检出率为3.10%,中片为7.60%,差片为7.80%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=231.620,P=0.000);6~18岁男女学生矮身材检出率总体上随着年龄增大而增高,12岁增长明显;采用全国学生矮身材检出标准,重庆市中小学生矮身材检出率较高。结论 制定重庆市中小学生矮身材筛查标准及开展干预十分必要。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the prevalence of short stature among primary and secondary school students in Chongqing municipality and to provide evidences for intervention.Methods Body height was measured among 54743 primary and secondary school students of 6-18 years old selected with stratified cluster random sampling from 9 districts with different economic development level in Chongqing municipality.Results The overall prevalence of short stature among the students was 6.10% and at a high level according to the standard national criterion.Significantly higher short stature prevalence was observed among the rural students compared with that among the urban students(7.90% vs.4.20%, P<0.01) and among the students from the districts with low and moderate economic development level compared to that among the students from the districts with high economic development level(7.80% and 7.60% vs.3.10%, P<0.001);no gender difference in short statue prevalence was found among the students(P>0.05).The prevalence of short statue increased with the increment of age among the students and the increased prevalence was especially obvious among the students aged 12 years.Conclusion The results suggest that developing local criterion for short statue screening and intervention on short statue should be promoted among primary and secondary school students in Chongqing municipality.
