Development of serodiagnosis method for mosquito-borne disease detection

  • 摘要: 尽管经过一个多世纪的努力,中国蚊传疾病得到有效控制,但随着全球化、气候变化、病媒生物分布区在不断扩展,蚊传疾病传入风险不断上升,口岸卫生检疫部门面临挑战;蚊传疾病的有效预防和控制依赖于诊断技术的发展,本综述从血清学角度介绍蚊传疾病的检测技术新进展,并综合分析各种方法的潜在技术优势以及使用的范畴,为从事相关检测工作提供帮助。

     

    Abstract: Through the years of efforts, mosquito-borne diseases have been under effective control in China.But the risk of imported mosquito-borne diseases is increasing in recent years because of economic globalization, climatic change, and wider geographic distribution of vectors.The objective of this review is to discuss current status of serodiagnosis for major mosquito-borne diseases and potential advantages and application of these detection methods to give a guideline on relevant monitoring practices.
