环境雌激素暴露与糖尿病发病关系研究进展

Relationship between environmental estrogen exposure and diabetes mellitus: a review

  • 摘要: 近年来,糖尿病、肥胖等慢性代谢性疾病成为公共卫生领域研究热点,环境雌激素(EEs)暴露成为继基因、行为及生活方式等导致糖尿病又一危险因素;各类EEs化学结构不同,因此长期暴露后诱发糖尿病的机制也不相同;双酚A(BPA)和二噁英(TCDD)是研究较多的具有胰岛素分泌干扰活性的EEs化合物,近年来发现壬基酚(NP)的高胰岛素效应也是不可忽视的,为此本文综述了几种主要的EEs暴露与糖尿病发病可能潜在的作用机理及面临的问题,为预防糖尿病和控制糖尿病发病率提出建议。

     

    Abstract: The chronic metabolic diseases, such as diabetes and obesity, have become a focus of public health researches in recent years.The exposure to environmental estrogen becomes another risk factor for diabetes in addition to genes, lifestyle and other social factors.Various environmental estrogens have different chemical structures, so their impact mechanisms on diabetes are different.Currently, there have been many studies on bisphenol (BPA)and dioxins interfering with the activity of insulin secretion and the strong effect of nonylphenol (NP) on insulin is also an important factor observed.This article reviews potential impact mechanisms of exposure to several major environmental estrogens on the occurrence of diabetes and the problems need to be explored.
