慢性乙肝、乙肝后肝硬化和肝癌的疾病负担

Study on burden of diseases of chronic hepatitis B, virrhosis and liver cancer caused by hepatitis B virus

摘要:
目的分析慢性乙型肝炎、乙肝后肝硬化和肝癌病人的疾病负担。
方法采用失能调整寿命年指标测量慢性乙肝、肝硬化和肝癌病人的疾病负担。
结果在所研究人群中, 病人一生损失的健康寿命年, 慢性乙肝为男10.94、女13.38, 肝硬化为男20.53、女16.32, 肝癌为男17.78、女15.19。
结论慢性乙肝、肝硬化和肝癌病人不仅因失能和早逝导致健康寿命年的损失, 而且由于疾病对劳动力的严重影响也给社会带来沉重的负担。

Abstract:
Objective ti analyze the burden of diseases(BOD)of patients with chronic hepatitis B, cirrhosis and liver cancer caused by hepatitis tiirus.
Methods Disability adjusted life year(DALY)was used to measure BOtif patients with chronic hepatitis B, cirrhosis and liver cancer caused by hepatitis tiirus.
Results tie burden of chronic hepatitis tiatient was 10.94 DALYs in male and 13.38 DALYs in female, the burden of cirrhosis patient was 20.53 DALYs in male and 16.32 DALYs in female, and the bur den of liver cancer patient was 17.78 DALYs in male and 15.19 DALYs in female all his/her life, respectively.
Conclusion Chronic hepatitis B, cirrhosis and liver cancer not only shortened patients consider able health life years with disability and premature death, but also brought the heavy burden to society due to their serious influence on the labor force.
