非特异性酯酶在淡色库蚊对不同杀虫剂抗性发展中的作用

Role of non-specific esterase of culex pipiens pallens in its resistance development against different insecticides

  • 摘要:
      目的   探讨非特异性酯酶(Non-specific esterase)在淡色库蚊对不同杀虫剂抗性发展中的作用。方法生物测试法, 微滴定板法。
      结果   3个抗性品系随世代增加抗性增强NSE的活性各不相同, 抗DDVP品系随世代增加抗性增高NSE活性而增强, 其次为抗残杀威品系, 抗氯氰菊酯品系则变化不明显, 与敏感品系相接近。
      结论   NSE在淡色库蚊对有机磷杀虫剂的抗性中起重要作用, 也是对氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂产生抗性的机制之一, 与拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的抗性关系不大。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To explore the role of non-specific esterase(NSE)of culex pipiens pallens in its resistance development to different insecticides.
      Methods   WHObioassay and micro-plank mensaration.
      Results   NES activities of three resistant Cx.pipien pallens strains with insecticide resistance development is the different as the increasing of generation number.NSE level became high in anti-DDVP strain with resistance developing, and also in anti-propox urstrain, while the level of NSE anti-cypermethrin was similar to that of susceptible strain.
      Conclusion   NSE was proved to play an improtant role in the mosquito resistance against or ganophosphorus insecticides and its development was one of important mechanism for the development of resistance towards car bamates, while ithad little relationship with the resistance against pyrethroids.
