氟骨症X线摄影方法在诊断中的应用价值

Analysis on development and application value of new method of fluorosis of bone X-ray photography

  • 摘要:
      目的   制定氟骨症检查部位X线摄影方法, 并探讨其在诊断中的应用价值。
      方法   确诊的55例氟骨症患者, 按病情轻重及功能障碍程度制做相应的30°, 45°, 60°角度板, 固定投照部位; 前臂、小腿适当内旋和外旋角度, 防止骨像重叠; 骨盆曝光条件比正常人增加或减少KV值, 增强骨结构显示。每种X线摄影方法应用均进行对照摄片, 观察成像和诊断效果。
      结果   检查部位摆放方便、稳定, 照片虚影和放大失真减轻, 融合的骨结构边界清楚, 骨小梁稀疏、模糊和骨皮质变薄等重要征象充分显示, 分型分度明确, 诊断准确率提高。
      结论   氟骨症X线摄影方法灵活、简便、实用, 为X线诊断提供了可靠的技术保障。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To decide the method of fluor osis of bone x-ray photography and study the value in making diagnosis.
      Methods   55 patients of fluorosis of bone were selected and 30°, 45°, 60° boards were made according to the extent of function barrier of the patients.The part photogr aphed were fixed and antebrachiums and legs properly intorted or outward rotated in order to prevent the photos from overlapping.The KV capacity were raised or reduced in order to make the bone photos clear to the work of basin exposure.Contrast groups were established in order to observe the effect of photos and diagnosis.
      Results   The quality of the photos were better than the ones before improvement and the border of the fusion bo ne construction were clear.It was completely showed that the bony trabecula turned loose, obscure and cortex of bone turned thin, so the rate of accuracy was improved.
      Conclusion   The new method of fluorosis of bone x-ray photography were flexible, simple and practical and it gave reliable security for x-ray diagnosis.
